'The coolest little book I've seen in ages'

Greetings Roger!

I was informed of your book by Steve Russell, the keeper of the fantastic vintage Hofner guitar website. He posted that he enjoyed it thoroughly. Sounded exactly like my kind of read, so in spite of being a Yank, I purchased it.
Well, it was a terrific read, and kept me laughing and nodding in agreement throughout the entire proceedings.

Being a pro bassist for the past 37 years (using one of my many Hofner Beatle basses) along with having lots of friends and pen pals in the UK, I had no problem with the native tongue!

Just wanted to drop in and thank you for the coolest little book I've seen in ages!

All the best,
Fran

Hi Roger

I read your Sandstorms book and couldn't put it down. Even though I wasn't there, I felt like I was.

Hi Roger,

Congratulations on your book! I am something of a collector of books about 1960's
pop and beat, and this was one of the best yet. I enjoyed it immensely, a real
document of the times. And I’m in it! What more could I ask.
